It literally has happened to me three times in the last 2 week weeks (Alden & Harlow in Boston and Petite Trois in L.A. and a place locally in Milwaukee)

Good for them.

Just bc you prefer your steak rare doesn't mean you should automatically assume a burger should be rare.


Undercooked hamburger meat is fricking gross.

I'm not eating a rare burger from anywhere that does not grind their own meat.
