I have done the studies-you haven't, so you clearly have no idea.

This is false and either you know it, or you simply have no idea what you're posting, which is pretty typical for you.

I drink two tablespoons of EVOO a day for health reasons. If I’m sautéing something in a skillet, I use Chosen Foods Avocado Oil spray or from the bottle. The EVOO I use comes from Costco, 2025 harvest from Italy.

He’s an attorney (allegedly) in Alexandria, but he’s done studies that show seed oils are good for you.

Of course, they aren’t already posted online so he has to scan the papers and upload them.

That all sounds very believable

Seed oils offer several potential health benefits due to their composition of unsaturated fats, particularly omega-6 fatty acids. These fats can be a beneficial component of a balanced diet when used in moderation and can be a healthier alternative to saturated fats like butter.

I figured that you were going to go down this route. Olive oil and avocado oil are also composed of unsaturated fats. Why should I choose seed oils over those?

I know it's a hard belief of yours, and it's mind boggling that this is important enough for you to continue to hold on to a wrong belief.

I do not know anyone advocating that you should.

You’ve presented exactly zero evidence to support your position while actual scientist disagree with you

It's kind of a yes and no situation.

PBS of all places had a good breakdown:

The TL;DR is they're high in omega 6, with some being a lot higher than others. Omega 6 can have inflammatory effects.
