Sausage maker in Lafayette area

So, I totally dropped the ball on making sausage last year and have a bunch of scrap deer meat that we typically use for sausage making. The guy I usually get to help me moved away this year.
Is there anywhere I can bring the meat frozen and they can make sausage out of it?
