Saturday football cooking/drinking/smoking thread

Picked up a 22” WSM on Facebook marketplace earlier this week and decided to put it to work this morning. I’ve got two pork butts and two racks of beef plate ribs on it. My parents are coming over to join us this evening and are bringing deviled eggs, baked beans, and roasted potatoes.

Home grown mixed greens (collards, kale, and turnips) pinto beans, chicken fried chicken and cornbread.
