Only reds I've ever tried were steamed and they were mushy. I didn't care for them. Did I get a bad batch?

Does anyone know where I can get some in Lafayette and Houma (Restaurants). I work in Houma and live in Lafayette. I wanna try these. TIA.

Overrated IMO. They’re unique and I like them but there’s nothing like delta shrimp IMO
