Time well spent for the tail meat. You can make After The Boil Soup with the tail meat and all the other stuff you use in your boil and it is excellent. There is a video by a guy called "Cajun Ninja: After The Boil Soup" and it gives great step by step instructions.

Then there's always crawfish etouffe', omelets, bisque, crawfish pies-----I could get like Bubba and his list of shrimp dishes with this one.

Yes. I don’t know his schedule but when I need them I check their FB page and give them a call. Prob wasn’t set up only once when I called out of 10 times.

So I got a sack from here today and boiled. Only found 1 dead bug in the whole sack. Came out great. Whatever happened to a full sack? You used to be able to get 40-45 lbs in a sack. They pulled out one with 29 in it. I asked for a bigger sack and got 37. I was ok with that. They were advertised on the crawfish app as being large in size. They were small to medium however. Then their ability to accept payments by debit was down when I was there at noon. Cash or check. Credit card just happened to work.
