I briefly looked at the article. Looked like it was just north of the interstate near the Kiki Riki in that new shopping center. But I cannot confirm.

That area of town is generally underrated food wise.
We have some great Mexicans and Vietnamese restaurants in Baton Rouge. They aren’t run by hipsters on Government or Perkins, but rather by actual Mexicans and Vietnamese.

Drove by just a little while ago. The Roul's coming soon sign is right out front of Kikiriki and it looks closed though no signage I could see on my quick drive by.
