Got a Rotisserie attachment for my grill as a gift. I'm looking for some ideas of what to cook with it.
Of course there's always rotisserie chicken. But, i'm looking for some other ideas.
What's your best rotisserie recipe?

Try doing Chicken Peruvian Style/Chicken ala Braza. Works great for chicken parts, so I’m sure Rotisserie would be great as well
There are tons of recipies for the marinade and green sauce out there. Google away.

Whole pork loin, boneless leg of lamb, prime rib roast, whole beef tenderloin are all good on the rotisserie.

Duck, leg of lamb, dry-brined pork loin, rabbit, etc. I’ve done those and more on the rotisserie. It works great.
The Dad Cooks Dinner blog has a lot of rotisserie recipes.

Stuffed deboned chickens, pork tenderloins, and beef filet medallion kabobs are what we use our rotisserie for and those are some of our favorite meals.
