Agree with the three classifications.
For me it’s No1 dressed, mayo, lettuce, tomato, minimum 5 napkins. Barq’s.

This is true, but you can also have the actual real roast beef sliced thin without the gravy and a side of Au Jus. The way I personally like it.

Domilese's roast beef is one of my least favorite in the city. Do not like the slices. Give me debris style any day. GUY'S on Magazine has the best (to me).

I've never met a roast beef sandwich that needed LESS mayo, friend.
