It's not nearly as Mormon and pasty white as one would ordinarily assume.

My favorite city by far. I really like it there and the food scene was WAY better than I had anticipated.

We enjoyed our visit there, we went on a whim to burn a voucher I had to use by Feb 2020. We visited all the free Mormon church sites downtown as well because we were curious but some take that duty very serious. We would easily go back there and walking around at all hours did not feel unsafe. People are not outwardly friendly was my only observation, very nice and helpful but not smiley. That’s not and negative just something I noticed. Tavern/beer scene was great. We used Open Table to secure High West Dist. Reservations, watched for cancellations and grabbed a spot
