At the Myrtles in St Francisville. Nice dinner here last night. Dining area centers around the open hearth/large grill.
I had fried rabbit livers app and lamb chops over goat cheese risotto.
Wife had grilled romaine Caesar salad and scallops over sweet potato mash.
Everything was really good. Service could have been more attentive, but it was really busy, kid seemed a little overwhelmed.

It's very nice. SF is lucky enough to have another great option as well. Check out "The Saint" in the St Francisville Inn.

We have been there a few times. We live in Baton Rouge so it’s quite the drive back and forth but it’s a place we like to take visitors. Once upon a time they had a sweet potato cheesecake that was the best cheesecake I have ever had. I consider myself a connoisseur of cheesecake so this is saying something. It has never been back on the menu and I even stooped so low as to email for the recipe. No reply. I can’t blame them but felt it was worth the effort if they weren’t going to bring it back.

We went a few months back and really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back.
