My wife is a distributor for Republic up in NWLA. Been doing it for a few years and is loving it. How long you been with them?

Working with them for about 1.5 years but experience as a sommelier and buyer for almost 14 years.

About Bell...a lot of times, smaller wineries might skip our book when I'm a state with so many options. Arkansas isn't really a wine savvy not distributor diverse state and it doesn't leave as many options. I'm almost positive we done have the wines sadly.

Thanks my man.

If you have a free minute to check, and you do... I would be happy to make it up to you to get some in!

How did that andouille work out for you?

Thanks for the duck, I plan on doing a gumbo with it this weekend. Any tips?

A few oysters dropped into that gumbo @ a minute or two before service would be awesome.

@Paul Allen tell him it was $45 retail or $95 in a restaurant (whichever you please). Or that a friend chose it at dinner so you're not sure what the price was ??
