Ode to Garlic
Oh garlic, sweet garlic,
I love you, I swear
The curve of your bulb
Leaves me breathless, mon cher!
Your cloves are so pungent
Lest simmered or roasted
Creamy when baked
Sharper when toasted
The depth of the flavor
You add to my chow
Whether low carb or high
There’s always a wow.
Oh garlic, sweet garlic
I love you, it’s true
Without you, we’re bland
But with you, woohoo!
Please submit your garlic dishes in the submission thread, which will open by 9am Tuesday, July 18, and close by 9am, Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
Make sure it’s more original than my poem.

That is an unkind thing to say to one of the site's foundations. She is not that kind of person and you will not gain any credibility by posting such stuff. You might understand how easily you can upset the Administrator for F&D and might already know they have long memories.

Apology accepted. I thought I’d written an innocuous enough little poem, just trying to move the challenges along and was just annoyed that someone SEEMED to take offense. I don’t know you well enough as a poster to know whether or not you were offended or joking.
