So after Thanksgiving I made a big gumbo and froze the leftovers. Last night we reheated the gumbo for a party but there was still leftovers. I put the leftovers in the fridge. Whats the call on eating it again? Will I be good to go just popping it in the microwave?

If you froze it within a day or two of making it, you probably have a couple of days. I wouldn't go any more than 3 or 4 days though.

That's usually what I do and I've never gotten sick.

Eat it. Don't refreeze. Good until Thursday.
