What is the best method to hear evenly and maintain crispness?

Let them thaw completely and fry them for a minute or so (use flash fryer/fry daddy), we do it all the time. We live in Scott and always buy them for parties / dinners etc..., always come out great.

What if I don't have a deep fryer. Any oven method?

I put them in a dry cast iron skillet with the lid on, about medium heat for 5-10 minutes, rolling them around a couple times while they're heating.

You can just fill a skillet up with oil
