Tony’s has fresh, whole snapper. They will clean or filet for you no extra charge. They are about 3-4 lb fish. I bought one last weekend and cooked it whole on the green egg. They took the gills out, cut the fins, gutted and scaled.

Yes it is a decent deal is what I was getting at, because many places won’t provide that level of service and simply provide you with the fish for you to do as you please.
