Recs on what to do with 1 lb of sliced brie cheese

Had a brunch this weekend at my sister’s house, and my dish was grilled cheese sandwiches with green apple, bacon, & brie cheese, with roasted pecan pepper jelly. (I know, some of y’all say grilled cheese sandwiches only contain cheese)
Yesterday morning I do all the prep, slice the apples and brie, make the bacon, etc.
I get to Covington and realize I forgot the brie at home. I run and grab some more, all good.
But now I have 1 lb of thinly sliced brie and have no idea what to do with it.
BTW, I got the idea of the sandwich at EPCOT, I just added the pecan pepper jelly.

Just eat it with crackers and pepper jelly, baw. Have some fiber too.

I like wrapping it in crescent roll dough and baking per those instructions. Just throw in all those slices or trim the white then throw in. Top in your jelly.

Make the brie and crab soup mentioned in another thread.

With orange blossom honey on water crackers….with a neat bourbon, or Port for desert.

Same here. Some good honey and baked brie for crackers is great.
