Better gas flow, doesn't freeze up or cut off for no reason.

FYI, those red adjustable regulators barely output 1/2 of what they’re rated for. I put a pressure gauge on the output and the 60 psi only went to 25 psi.
A non-adjustable 30 psi regulator with a needle valve works better. You don’t really need anything higher than 25 psi if you choose the right orifice. #56 is what I use.

My setup is a 100 qt rocket pot and a Bayou Classic Stainless Double Jet w/ 30 psi regulator.
Works great.
Works great.

Yes, they do.

I've had both an 80 and now 100qt. I preferred the 80qt personally. I don't really stick in a lot of extras though. I also only boil one sack at a time and not more than 2 or 3 sacks in a day.
Slightly off-topic, but for years 80 qt was the standard pot size for a single sack for causal house boils. Now the difference is people throw all kinds of extra sides and more of those extra sides in the pot, which takes up more space. Now people expect all kinds of exotic stuff in boils and I've been to some boils (in the City for sure) where half the people don't even touch any of the crawfish.

Agree.
Early this year I went to a boil and there was just sh*t everywhere. Looked like the garbage disposal puked on the batch of crawfish.
It's my personal preference but I like a clean boil. I put all my vegetables in a boiling net. Only thing floating with the crawfish are corn and poatoes.
