Recipe needed: Cabby’s Restaurant in Amite (late 90s) dip for seafood stuffed mushrooms

Long story short: My wife of nearly 20 years and I met in college at SELU. Since we weren’t into dive bars and drinking, we’d regularly go north to Amite City and eat dinner and date at Cabby’s (or was it Cabbies’)?
Anyway, they had seafood stuffed mushrooms which probably sealed the deal way better than anything I brought to the relationship: My then-girlfriend was in love with the whole stuffed mushroom thing, but what she really liked was the accompanying sauce. “Tiger sauce” I think they called it.
We later got married, moved to BR, and our trips back out to Cabby’s got farther and farther apart. A couple of years went by, and we heard they had closed.
Now, we’re coming up on 20 years of marriage, and, amazingly, she still hasn’t realized that she could have done MUCH better than this old redneck. Anyway, I wanted to recreate those stuffed mushrooms and sauce if at all possible for our 20th anniversary.
Anyone maybe know the people involved in the restaurant? I’ve thought about tracking them down through public records, but that’s gonna take some work just to figure out where to start. Or, maybe someone has that recipe or a reasonable facsimile thereof that they’d be willing to share. It would be much appreciated by Mr. and Mrs. FCP.

Can you share any details about the dish you remember?
What were the shrooms stuffed with? Was the sauce mayo based? Flavors??
