Any of you baws throw your leftover catfish or fries in a hot skillet with shallow olive oil to reheat rather than using the oven or microwave?

I tried it over the weekend and the food may have been better than it was fresh.

Pizza is better warmed up in a skillet too... No oil.

I’ll give it a try.

Leftover meatloaf is great this way. Gets a nice crust.

This is how I used to do it...but the shallow olive oil is so much better.

I’ve refried catfish a gazillion times in a deep fat fryer. I wouldn’t do it in olive oil. I just drop it for a very little while and pull it out. Great leftover cold too.

Yep. Helps to keep it from falling apart in your delicious meatloaf poboy.

Meatloaf just made the menu for one night this week.
