Rollin Smoke is no joke. Ordered brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork taco along with spicy slaw and smoked okra. It was all fantastic. Very classic. They have lots more than their online menu shows. It's in a food truck park with parking and plenty of shaded tables if you want to eat there.

The old location was on Cesar Chavez as well. It was like 4 blocks down at the quickie pickle.
