re: Range vs. Cooktop & Wall Oven(s)

I much prefer having the gas cooktop and the two large wall ovens. Easier to have more than one person in the kitchen, also.

I suggest having two ovens and getting the large sizes if you cook a lot or entertain. You can get the big roasters and baking sheets into those. The only think I wish I had is a french door style oven because I do sometimes have issues with getting things from the top oven the way the door opens out toward me. Well, one more thing is that I wish I'd put in a warming drawer below the two ovens. I'm getting one, but it can't go below the ovens because there's not enough room.
