Raising Cane's - 4 Denver Area Locations

Saw proposals and bids for 4 Raising Cane's locations in the Denver Metro Area, including one in Castle Rock. Company is also hiring for all locations.
This is the end of my hour and a half weekend commutes to Ft. Collins for the golden deliciousness.

When I lived in Denver back around 2012 all you could count on was Chik Fila for tenders.

I applaud your excitement for Cane's but you also posted this on the OT.

My wife's grandfather lives in Longmont and always complains about having to drive to Ft. Collins for his canes fix. He'll be excited about this news

It's big news in a city where Chik-Fil-A is the pinnacle of chicken fingers. The food culture generally sucks in Colorado. "Smother it in Green Chili" is about as far as the chef mind goes here.

You're damn right. Posted here first, but know a lot of the LA folks in Colorado don't frequent this board.

You aren't lying about that. Her dad's family is from Denver and mom's family from Albuquerque. They are some of the worst cooks I've ever encountered, and sadly that go passed to my wife. Not sure she could scramble eggs if I asked

I can't tell you how many times I've gone out with friends and told "This place has the BEST FOOD", only to find it's mediocre bullshite covered in green chili.

Yep. Planning a trip to Colorado in August and planning on bringing much of my own food.

Ft Collins is still closer to Longmont than any of the new locations

Yeah, but he never has any reason to go to Ft. Collins. He is often in Denver for various reason, so those locations will be more convenient.

Why? They have grocery stores in Colorado.

The problem for southerners in Colorado is the amount of hippies into organic and non fried shite. There are a few good local places but my standbys were Moe's BBQ and Jim N Nicks. GB Fish and Chips was also great, as well as Stuebens, get the Lobster Roll or you are not doing it right.
