Keep up the good work Hulk. I'd say that in the two years I've been in this thread (off and on, the last year mostly off...), you and Bench have been the most consistent. I know how hard it is to keep the weight off, so I know how hard you've had to work to do just that.

311/303.2/235

Creeping away from the 300's. I didn't do too well calorie wise yesterday. Long days make it a little harder to limit calories but still fighting a lack of self control is the real issue. I can feel it coming back though.

Doing more weightlifting for me now instead of cardio...
Doing 1500 calorie a day right now which is helping, able to notice definition in my arms again and chest is getting bigger.

The uptick on the scale wasn't nearly as bad as I assumed it would be today, which is good news.

Speaking of working out and losing weight and all that jazz...I know this seems a bit ridiculous to be proud of, but I was able to actually do push-ups for the first time in...well, a very long time when I tried the other night. As someone who's always been too fat and weak to do them, it's a nice change.

Haven't posted here in a while. I guess since I'm back in the game I'll post. Not really sure what my weight goal is over these next 3 months. Not really sure I have one. But here is what I'd like to do.
Drop the body fat the I put back on over the last 4 months. It's not much, and after a week of working out and eating clean again it's already coming off. So let's see where this goes.

I haven't weighed myself in a while. Probably wouldn't like the results.

Ate a little more than usual yesterday, and it resulted in a big drop (1lb). I guess that was the key. I just have to do better about reigning in my weekend this time.

Whey protein tastes like slim-fast except worse.

I know the feeling. I can do like 5 pushups now, chest to floor.. and that feels amazing for someone who couldn't even hold up his own weight. If I am going for reps I still have to do 'girly' knee pushups.

I am considering dropping my caloric intake a smidge. I've been consuming ~2k a day, but I may bump it back to 1800 again, or possibly a little lower.

I was at 1800, I know today I'm going over because I plan on having a couple drinks plus I had a couple snacks. I hit the gym earlier this morning and going again to do some extra cardio to make up for it

I think I'm at anywhere from 1500-1700 depending on what the day. Days I workout I have to take an extra protein which usually pushes me closer to that 1700 mark. Even at such a deficit I'm still making gains on my stronglifts routine which is nice. As long as that keeps up and I'm continuing to drop some lbs I'm a happy camper.

Looks like I'm on the stomach virus diet for the next 24 hours or so (hopefully that's all).

Gumbo that's been a very effective weight loss method in this thread over the years.
