i was 248 in july- im down to 230 now. ive been running every work day and eating egg whites and cutting out breads and starches. my goal is 200. then i can join the navy.

Don't stress out if you eat too much. Just don't carry the feast over through the whole weekend.

I hit the bike hard last night to make up for that Bear Claw disaster. 1 hour on the bike.

It didn't help. Up 1.5 this morning.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

Thanksgiving lunch went about as planned, but not how I would have liked.

Hopefully I can jump right back on the diet and not gorge all weekend.

I didn't do too bad. Not great but MUCH better than last year. I skipped the chips and dip. I skipped the cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls.

Nice plate of turkey and all the trimmings. Tiny piece of pumpkin pie.

I left hungry whereas last year I felt like I needed a trip to the hospital when I left.

I did bring home some leftovers which will be deposited in my belly before the game tomorrow.

I will have a good week next week and a good next weekend. I'm taking my recertification concealed carry course next Saturday so I won't be boozing it up at the camp and such.

Project Turkey Feast Moderation successful. Reasonable servings of food and no second helpings. Hopefully the scale doesnt beat me up too harshly tomorrow.

Refused to bring home leftovers.

I wish I had done that too. I already pillaged the leftovers. The only good news is that I moderated the leftovers and didn't bring home any pie or rolls.

Damage is not too bad, about what I expected. That should be gone tomorrow or the next day. I have to work through Christmas so I shouldn't have to worry about all the food then.

Damage was actually worse than expected. Up 6 from Monday. Not sure how I am up that much. I probably ate about half of what I ate last year.

T-day wasn't to bad. Ran 8.4 miles (longest run) at a 8:45 pace. I'm pumped about that part.

Same here with the exception of the bowl game. I'm currently waiting an answer on something big to me. If it goes my way then I will not be drinking until mid April.

Did ok on Thursday until I pillaged the leftovers.

Yesterday I went to Superior and had chicken fajitas with plenty of chips. Then Red Velvet Ben & Jerry's.



On the good news front. I did ride for about 45 minutes yesterday.

1200 calories today and a 52 minute ride. Back to the grind until Christmas.
