well depending on what your diet plan is....you can dominate some chicken and not do TOO terribly

of course, the MSG is off the charts

Atkins. Technically I could. But no.. if I open myself up to that as a possibility, that's a whole new can of worms I don't even want to consider.

I do exercise. Well, I've been slacking but yes I do

If you work out and then eat something like Popeye's you're completely ruining any reason for working out The trick is to work out and not eat anything extra.

I haven't checked in this thread in a while. I actually hit my goal of 175 a few weeks back. I decided I wanted to go to 172 just because that would make 40lbs even. I was at 173 this morning.

I've gone into seclusion on full hermit mode due to a few major hiccups.

My only joy this weekend will come from a Tiger victory and of course, The Weekend Report with Lloyd Braun.

I just tore up a seafood platter for my birthday dinner. It was so tasty but I feel like crap after all that grease. Hopefully it won't kill me to bad on the scale.

It will. The sodium will beat you over the head with the scale, but it will come off quick so don't sweat it.

I think I'm up to about 492. Or at least I feel that way.

Damn carbs. I am definitely going back to what works once my current allotment of food runs out.

I can't get the hang of carb eating so back to Atkins for me.

EDIT

If I was on a pirate ship, I would be walking the plank for my actions today.
