Just picked up the birthday cake one. Damn good.

So much better than Arctic Zero.

Most of my blood work came back today. Testosterone test should come back next week. Everything looks good, cholesterol is a smidge high but not too bad off. Thyroid function is below normal levels. Will likely start taking small doses of meds for that.

God dammit. My takeaway from this thread should not be a desire to go buy ice cream

Thank god I live in BFE. Not motivated enough to go see if WF is open in BR today.

Glad everything came back decent. I need to get bloodwork done. It's been years.

LINK

This guy ate 5 pints of Halo Top only for 10 days and lost 10 pounds and 3 percent of his body fat.

Sounds like I'm doing this diet next week before I leave for the beach.

quote:

By eating five pints of Halo Top a day, one would get a whopping 120 grams of protein, only 80 grams of carbohydrates, and a respectable 60 grams of fat—at only 1,200 calories. That’s pretty much a supermodel diet, but with enough protein to support my 3-times-a-week weight-training regimen.

I couldn't afford that diet. Dude spent damn near my whole monthly food budget for 10 days worth of ice cream

I know.

~$285 for 50 pints after taxes from my local Rouses.

ETA: I'm going to look good for labor day.

Don't tempt me!! I'd forego other frivolous spending for a 10 day ice cream diet.

Order Halo Top from the comfort of your couch!

as per the 10 day ice cream diet, here's a place to have Halo Top delivered.

$75 cheaper if you get it from Rouses.

Might have to go through a couple stores to get all 50 though. Idk how stocked they stay around here.

Halo Top diet is about to be the new Keto around here.

If I buy the 6 packs of specific flavors & use their 20% off code, it's less than $5/pint. Well, not counting shipping. But still. God, why is this so tempting?

I do not belong in this thread. Lol.

I doubt anyone is actually going to do it. It's just entertaining to think about.

ETA: Actually, I'd probably do it if someone paid for all the ice cream. That way I can save money on food for 10 days.
