Weigh in day this morning with my dietitian. Another 5 pounds lost. Down to 265.. a total of 10 down since I started going to a dietitian 2.5 months ago, and 17 since the start of the year. It's slow progress, but it's progress. My goal is to lose 40lb this year and I'm almost halfway

Started Keto this month.
Scale is moving pretty good. ~225 to 217.4 this morning. Haven’t had a binge in weeks. It feels nice.

Diet starts today. I had a big tennis thing this weekend & a lot of practice before that. I promised myself I’d start when that was over (since keto makes me dehydrate quickly).
