Yum. I’ve been craving my favorite keto lasagna. BF is crazy picky, so I don’t cook as much of the stuff I’d like.

To keep it on topic, I pseudo ran yesterday for the first time in a long arse time. Did the whole run a minute/walk a minute thing. My legs were jello by the time I finished, but it felt good.

Good! A tiny bit sore if I flex my quads, but otherwise fine. And no hip pain. Yay.

Need to stretch hips and IT bands

I’ve started doing dedicated hip flexor & IT stretching every day after seeing a thing on Facebook about how IT band flexibility is the key to living forever, or some shite like that. My flexibility is decent. But I’ve realized my back is the real issue. Lame. As long as I stay active, it hurts less.

This thread is way off of the rails. Let me post something relevant..
Weigh-in day today. 276. Got a ways to go to undo the damage I did between june and november last year. I messed the reverse all up by not tracking accurately enough and not working out after I got injured, and I should've stuck to conservative instead of standard.
My goal is to lose 40 pounds this year. I started last week at 281, so 241 would be the goal. Say 240.
