So yeah blowing up the diet yet again but I've stayed under 2500 kcals daily. I am going to have work hard the next few weeks once I get back.

There are plenty hotter chicks at the beach. You have scenery!

I'm starving, but nothing sounds good. Efffff.

Good morning! I've been MIA the last few days, but everything is about the same diet wise. Stayed on track for the 4th, and even had a little watermelon.
Didn't make the gym last night, ended up driving to Watson to fill in for another painter instead, so going to try to get something in today.
Slow time at work, I've been done with my stuff by ten am every day and then just sitting there until 4 waiting for the day to end. even Netflix gets boring after awhile.

Scale hasn't been kind to me the last week even though I've been on point with workouts and eating. Trusting the system and keeping with the reverse. I may have to do shorter cycles of cut/reverse/cut if my metabolism really is this slow.

Been reading up on thyroid issues and seems like the standard t4 medication may not always be enough.. considering seeing an endocrinologist to either a) get my hormones straight or b)confirm that the levothyroxine is all I need.

Evening, my old friends.

Been a weird month...Vacations, I moved, I got demoted during layoffs at work. Just a whole bunch of shite. Been skipping the gym and just being unhealthy all around.

Joined an amazing new gym yesterday and had two great workouts in a row so I'm feeling pretty good. Going to go low carb/keto this week and see if I can shed some weight.

It's crazy how much damage one can do in a month.

No lunchtime workout today.

Going to gym though this afternoon after a bit. Probably do a stationary for 20 and back and bicep workout. Then of course it is Tuesday so that means I will stalk and see if I can be cool guy and get digits and all.

I hate the process of getting back into shape.

But it's time to do this shite again. For the fourth time in my life. And keep it that way.

Do any of yall meal prep for the week?

I don't mean cook I mean actually make 5 lunches and 5 dinners on Sunday so you can be ready for each day?

If so, any tips? I'm thinking of cooking a bunch of chicken or pork or roast and veggies each Sunday but I'm going to get bored and relapse into terrible food if I eat the same thing every week.

I also have started waking up earlier to get breakfast in. My kid is finally sleeping longer at night so I can get my own life back together

What kind of diet are you eating?
I meal prep proteins only, usually just by grilling a couple steaks, chicken thighs, pork chops and then split them into ziplocks for the week, but the veggies and filler I choose day to day depending on what I feel like eating so I don't get bored or feel like I wasted a whole day making lunches/dinners

This girl had better be an OT 10 or you had better be an OT-2 for you to be putting in that much effort.
I think you're better than this.

I'm an OT -5 so yea

But in good news she wasn't there and I busted my arse doing my workout. It has hurt last 2 days that week off has made me weaker but when I increased weight on things it goes up fairly easy

Example did bent over rows and last set I went to heaviest set of 12 ever and same with curls. But when I first start that excercise I feel like I can't even lift it up at reduced weight

No diet. I switched jobs and it's way to easy to grab fast food drive thru and keep going. I just need to eat better especially during the day when I'm running around between calls and clients. So I was thinking mealy prepping 5 lunches and a snack each week so I can just grab and go every morning.

Right now I'm maintaining being a fatass, but I need to change my diet

The predominant eating trends in here seem to be IIFYM(flexible dieting) Keto(low carb, high fat) and low fat, high protein for the lifters.
I'm personally doing keto, which works well for me, I'm down 30 lbs in the last 2.5 months, and I'm only working out hiit style 2-3 days a week lately.
I'd suggest doing some research into those three styles and see what you think my fit your lifestyle and schedule best.
There are some great links on pg 1.
