I'm over here like...in awe. Haha. Those are extremely impressive reps! 90 push ups?! A combined 260 squats and lunges?? Holy hell! I'd be in the hospital.

its done relay style, so only one person can work at a time, but you split them and tag team it until you're done.
I'm a year and a half into this (minus the six months in the neck brace, so a year total) and its definitely easier than it was at first. I cried the first night I went home, I was so embarrassed at what I couldn't do, but I was determined not to quit, and now I'm always trying to tell people at the start of each cycle to just keep coming back, no matter how sore you get the first week. I know I still have SO far to go, and eventually I'm going to have to learn to lift to try and combat some of the extra space so my skin wont be so saggy, but you can get so much stronger than you ever think you can, that's a pretty cool feeling.

Today my workout is not as bad
Seated Rows
Cable 21's
Lat Pull downs
Preacher Curls
Bent Rows
Rotation Curls
Pallof
Planks
30 to 35 minutes on bike possibly.
But if the motivation is not there I may become angry/

I missed this part! Damn. You are a rockstar.

I don't know where she has been lately. Nah not going to stalk her. I was thinking she was busy, but it really does make workouts harder when not there when expected.

Just refilled my Vyvanse after a week without. It's about to be party time. I never take it this late. Tennis will be awesome tonight.

Vacay maybe?

Could be? I guess I will find out tonight, hopefully. But as I said tonight's workout is not that bad. I did not get my afternoon/lunch walk/cardio in today due to some stuff around the home. So may have to ride the stationary for about 20-25 before lifting.
Not there ugh
But worked out like a boss

How'd our little Lindsey Davenport do this evening?
Posted on 6/14/17 at 12:46 am to BRgetthenet
Tennis was fantastic with Vyvanse still in my system! I had a lot of fun and energy.
The downside is that it's pushing 1am and I'm still awake :-/
Lindsay is a strange looking lady. I appreciate that she's my height, though. And a total badass.

Best thing to do is have an ice chest in the car for when you're done. You can slam three, maybe 4, miller lite on the way home.
Hop in the shower with a couple, then slam one more before you brush your teeth. Boom.

I'll keep that in mind for next time. How's it going for you? Did you work out this morning?
Posted on 6/14/17 at 3:47 pm to Evil Little Thing
I got in the pool for 30 minutes. That's all for today. Maybe some yoga after dinner.

Nice! I've done light yoga at home a couple times this week. It's what my body needs now.
