Lost 2 more lbs. 31 total for the year. Yay!

I went to Rouses yesterday to get some halo top. The only flavor they had in stock was lemon. Booo. I LOVE lemon, but theirs is so bland. Gonna have to go to Whole Foods at lunch to look for PB cup.

Thanks! I also learned I'm an inch taller than I thought ( ) so that's like proportionately losing 5 more lbs, right? Trying to find the silver lining. I refuse to claim that height.

How was your weekend?

It was alright.

LSU sucked, Saints sucked. Same old same old.

You?

Mine was mixed. Saturday was fun; yesterday was garbage. I need a do-over.

I have that "back to losing weight" headache that I can't seem to shake. What's the deal to overcome carb withdrawal? Drink salt water or something? Advil isn't touching it.

I'm on a Vyvanse-fueled hunger strike until they reinstate Net. Join the cause! We'll get skinny AND get him back.

No clue, never had to deal with it when cutting out carbs.

Thought you were supposed to drink a cup of chicken broth though.

yeah, you need to make sure you're getting enough Salt + Potassium + Magnesium. Chicken Broth or use a bouillon cube or something to make the broth will probably help. salt water can also help if you can stomach it

small breakfast yesterday, then had a really late lunch (after the saints game) of Pho. Then dinner was most of a pint of S'mores Halo Top. It was delicious.

I got my first shipment of the My Managed Meals service. Breakfast foods are unimpressive. Lunches look much better.

What's your pho spot in BR? I used to go to Dangs exclusively.

We went to Saigon Noodle. I prefer Dang's, but the SO is sick and her fav is Saigon

Actually, the SO got pho. I got bun bo hue and loaded it with spicy chili sauce.

Possibility of a little cold coming on so I might head to Lilly's and get some Pho (veggies/no noodles) tonight to put it to bed.

Dang youngins. Just wait til you get old! My body can't handle cutting freaking carbs without a hangover, let alone alcohol anymore.

Thanks for the tip, Doldil! I ate roast last night with a salty gravy (that sounds like a bad euphemism), and felt better. Makes sense now.

Went back to logging everything today because I think I was underestimating the calories I was eating and I can definitely tell that I was eating too much
