Kick arse!! What is your strength so far? Weakest area?

I suck at everything, but serving is especially brutal. I'm happy when it goes over the freaking net, never mind actually landing in the box. The coach gave me a specific drill to practice tossing the ball in the air consistently. Lol. I never imagined tossing a ball straight up would be so challenging.

Forehand is easily my strength lol. Backhand and volleying at the net. I don't move my feet enough at the net.

I was gonna skip the gym tonight and just order pizza. Knowing good and damn well that would send the rest of the week to shite

Then I put a scoop of preworkout powder in my mouth and chased it with a shot of tequila and told myself to man the frick up

It was Fresh Market. Pretty good.

I'm gonna fast until dinner tomorrow. Then eat something light.

Thursday is gonna be a 10,000 calorie ordeal.

I've been eating normally. Planning to fast through most of Thursday, although I will be helping cook so that will be tough.

I still have no idea what I'm going to bring for tomorrow. BF's family's tradition is to cater Thanksgiving, so nobody is cooking. My family & my ex-in-laws always cooked, so I'm at a loss. I'll make some appetizers, or something.

Do y'all like artichoke? I have an artichoke brownie recipe that's pretty easy and cheap. It's like eating a stuffed artichoke in the shape of a brownie.

I thought I was going to get to bail completely on Thanksgiving this year, but the gf's mom decided not to travel out of town as initially planned and wants to do lunch. She made reservations at Flemming's. Hopefully they don't have a fixed turkey day menu and I can get a nice steak and other keto friendly items.

ate 20 wings for lunch yesterday, I was hungry af. Didn't have any dinner, unless a few handfuls of sunflower seeds counts.
