Weekends are my favorite workout days because I don't have to get up at 4:30AM.. I can get up, eat breakfast and drink coffee, and wake up before I go to the gym. I love it.

I'm usually a morning person but 430 is a little too early
especially since my job often interferes with my sleep, be it a callout or I have planned work at 2am

Once you get used to it it's easy. I keep a 64oz jug at my desk and fill it up in the morning, finish it before I leave work most days. Then at home I have a 32oz cup that I'll fill with ice water a few times.. And I still always have a diet soda with lunch.

Chug a bottle of water for every hour you're at the office.
I do that then drink 2-3 bottles during my workout and 2-3 with dinner and before bed.
