Weekends are my favorite workout days because I don't have to get up at 4:30AM.. I can get up, eat breakfast and drink coffee, and wake up before I go to the gym. I love it.

I'm usually a morning person but 430 is a little too early especially since my job often interferes with my sleep, be it a callout or I have planned work at 2am

Today is the start of my 5th week back on keto. Had a few beers over the weekend but been clean with the eating.

I watched this for the first time as a teenager. Maybe 13 or 14. I don't know.

Never forgot this. This is what every nerd in this thread should remember when they wake up in the morning.

When you hear this, you never forget it.

Get up at 4:30 and lift baws. Do it.

Once you get used to it it's easy. I keep a 64oz jug at my desk and fill it up in the morning, finish it before I leave work most days. Then at home I have a 32oz cup that I'll fill with ice water a few times.. And I still always have a diet soda with lunch.

I pee a lot.

Chug a bottle of water for every hour you're at the office.

I do that then drink 2-3 bottles during my workout and 2-3 with dinner and before bed.
