Hit chest and tris this morning. I forgot how much more a regular barbell smokes my triceps. Triceps were shaking after my workout.

Oddly enough only my upper back (lower traps?) got sore. I guess it's been so long they can't keep up yet.

Squats again today. I guess I shouldn't do them on an empty stomach, I feel like shite again. I powered through some and got 3 sets of 5 this time, then did some lunges and calf raises. I shouldn't be too surprised, I haven't done them in at least a year so guess it'll take a few times to get back to being a fun lift

I'm soooo groggy today. Yuck! The weekend was pretty great.
For you macro trackers, what do y'all use? An app? Something else? I've never really stuck with tracking; I could lose without tracking as long as I stuck with lower carb foods, and the apps all felt clunky (and focused on calories/fat over carbs). I want to start tracking, since I've been eating erratically. Any particular apps you like?

I use MFP. I think there are better options out there, but I have 500 day streak or so that I don't want to break.

I use MFP. There are probably better options (MFP search function sucks massive nuts) but it's the most pervasive and has tons of entries and connectivity to devices and other applications.
