That seems to be the consensus with all the baws.
7 might be new favorite.

The current Halo Top offerings are 240 or 280 calories per pint. Some of these 320 and 360. Wonder what carb count is on these new ones.

Pistachio is lower though.
We're gonna be good.
I'm putting all my eggs in #7's basket.

Finally got to hit up deadlifts this morning for the first time in a very long time. Felt good. Really good.

Same. If Halo Top screws up pistachio, they are dead to me.

Misery. I need to forget that these exist sometimes. I went all last week fighting of the cravings, then I had it 3 times this week.

Have faith.
I might go to Angelo Broccato's and get some cannoli shells and just fill them with Halo Top pistachio.

The higher ones probably just have more fat. I doubt they have much more sugar

I fell off the low carb train for a while and I am back on it.
I have some serious carb flu right now - amazing how the body reacts when you drop carbs below 100g a day.

Never had this problem. Then again, my body doesn't react to things like most people's. Some of my friends think I'm not human.

Last time it only last 24-28 hours.
For me it was finding the balance about how to low carb. Doing a strict keto diet just isn't realistic for me - vegetables are a staple in my diet and I really like blueberries and full fat yogurt. Staying under 40 carbs a day was just impossible. My athletic performance was also suffering - I train bjj 3x a week, weight lift 3x a week, and I walk about 25 miles per week. My energy levels didn't dip, but I lost my endurance.
I read this article and found that 100 carbs/day really works for me.

100 carbs/day for me would be hell on earth. Brain would be in a fog, and I'd feel slow and fat.
I wish I could, just can't. Congrats on the carbs.
