Anyone have experience with this particular model? Been wanting to get one, and think I'm about to pull the trigger on this just to toy around with.

Thanks for the link

This is the first time ever using a sous vide machine. The machine works as intended within .2-.5 degrees Calvin.

Anyone use this before? $40 is a hell of a deal that I ain't about to pass up

Maybe his friend Calvin was asking him how accurate it was and he forgot a comma.

Been wanting a sous vide for a while now, and pulled the trigger on it.

Haven’t seen one before for that cheap. Thanks for the heads up

there are some on eBay that were on clearance at walmarks for $13. They are selling for about $30. They are moving a lot of these I bought one after seeing it on slick deals.

For $39 it’s worth the risk to me to have a second one. I want to try doing veggies at the same time that I am doing proteins. The former cook at higher temperatures.

I read the reviews and it seems that person didn’t know how to read directions.

Bought one as an early Christmas present to myself. Now what exactly can I do with it? Any links to recipes or ideas? I lurk and see y'all rave about them here all the time.

Just received the unit today. I didn't realize it had a smartphone app! I think now it might be MY Christmas present.
