I agree about grinding up choice and select briskets for good hamburger meat. But I still trim a lot of the hard fat away which is usually a few pounds worth that I use for sausage and tallow. The one time I just grinded the whole thing, I swear it was close to 50/50. Never seen burgers shrink so much on the grill.

You’ll need the Albertson app to get the $1.67/lb deal, atleast I did anyway.

My app wouldn’t work it kept saying it was having an issue try again later. I’m sure it was getting hammered lol. I got me a 15lb’er to do the same for Sunday
