This is the best by far:

-Two scoops of chocolate protein (preferred muscle milk)
-Handful of oats
-Two spoons of all natural peanut butter
-Cinnamon
-two packets of splenda
-cup of ice
-sit back and realize 'holy shite i'm in heaven'

Tastes like a fattening dessert, and will fill you up. Also, no uneasy stomach afterwards...

I just use 100% Whey Gold Standard. I currently have the Cookies and Cream flavor.

I just ut one scoop in water. 120 calories only 10 of those from fat and 24g of protein.

Even in only water it still tastes good, milk adds a little more thickness and flavor but also more calories.

I usually drink it with a small snack for lunch and/or post workout.

I use the myoplex lite as my post workout shake

This is the only kind of protein supplement i drink. I get the majority of my nutrients from real food but this stuff is great, mostly cause I'm too lazy to mix shite and I can't stand the taste of powders. 42g of casein and whey isolate pre-mixed, and decent tasting. It's $10 for a 4 pack but each pack has a 5$ off coupon inside of it to use next time but I always tear it off and use it right then. 168 grams of high quality protein for $5 can't be beat.

the original musclemilk is over priced. now getting muscle milk collegiate or the large bottles are better.

I went to a GNC and they had Musclemilk for 49.99 marked down to 25.99. I'm not that familiar with GNC but this seems like an incredible deal, or is it some sort of gimmick? Anyways, I bought a Strawberry Banana MM and a Cake Batter MM. The strawberry banana is delicious, the cake batter is not that good. If I put 2 scoops of MM, a banana, 3 strawberries, and some ice into a blender then what kind of liquid would be good to use? I was thinking some kind of juice.

This was not liquidy enough to crush up in the blender. What kind of liquid can I use?

I usually make it with milk in the morning and water in the afternoon. Make sure you're not putting too many oats in there because it thickens the shake. After you make it a couple of times you will figure out the right amount of liquid. Hope it works out.
