I usually make it with milk in the morning and water in the afternoon. Make sure you're not putting too many oats in there because it thickens the shake. After you make it a couple of times you will figure out the right amount of liquid. Hope it works out....

This is the best by far:
-Two scoops of chocolate protein (preferred muscle milk)
-Handful of oats
-Two spoons of all natural peanut butter
-Cinnamon
-two packets of splenda
-cup of ice
-sit back and realize 'holy shite i'm in heaven'
Tastes like a fattening dessert, and will fill you up....
