prefab au jus

I keep Knorr Demi-glase mix on hand. It makes a quick base for sauces. Mixed thin, it's a decent beef stock.

Minor's has an au jus base and a beef base. I order those online. Either would probably work. I've used Better Than Bouillon also to shore up some things. It works as well.
