Pork tenderloins
Just picked one up at the store. Recommendations on seasoning this?
I mix up a marinade w/ pineapple juice, orange juice, Coke, honey, brown sugar, cinnamin, and two shots of Jack Daniels. Soak the tenderloins in the marinade in a Ziploc container in the fridge overnight, throw them on the grill the next day. Brush them w/ more of the marinade while you're grilling them. Comes out incredible.

I like to inject and use Steen's as the glue for my rub.

I use the following with no particular measurements, usually just eye the portions:
A-1 Steak Sauce - This may sound strange, but it does help tenderize the tenderloin.
Lea and Perrins Worchester or the White (which is called Marinade for Chicken) which ever I have in the house.
Balsamic Vinegar (sometimes, depends on my mood)
Rosemary
Sage
Thyme
Basil
Garlic
Bay leaf
I mix all this together and place the tenderloin in a bowl and pour this over it. Sometimes it stays in the bowl and in the refrigerator all day or just a few hours. I will preheat the oven to about 350 degrees and put in the tenderloin. Sometimes I cover it with foil.
Enjoy your tenderloin!!

I just cooked one last week. I seasoned it with salt, pepper and sage. Cooked it in the oven. Real simple, very delicious. Served some baked yams and a green salad as side dishes.
