Have a pork tenderloin in the fridge and I'm thinking about throwing it in the crockpot before work tomorrow. Does anyone want to share a great recipe they've used?

I usually cut open, stuff with cream cheese and jalepenos. Then wrap the whole thing in bacon. Bake in oven at 375 for about 45 minutes.

Not so much a recipe. Just recommend wrapping in bacon.

My favorite is for the grill, not crock pot: Garlic-Lime Grilled Pork Tenderloin Steaks. LINK

Another good one is Pork Medallions with Olive-Caper Sauce. LINK

Can't vouch for any done in the crock pot, but google pork tenderloin slow cooker, and many pop up.

Marinate in soy sauce, orange juice/zest, garlic and cilantro while you're at work and grill it when you get home.

Just don't overcook the darn thing.

Overcooked pork is the absolute worst.
