Pork Steak Ideas

A few months back, someone posted something about searing pork steaks on the grill, and then finishing in the oven covered with jack miller bbq sauce. I just wanted to know if that was something others have tried, and if so, how did it come out?
Are there any other ideas for pork steaks other than just grilling?

I brown them in a pot then make a gravy with the drippings then have it over rice..

Yes, it's good, but I prefer to hot smoke then slather with Jack Millers just before I take them off.
They are also good in a Rotel gravy. I like them chicken fried as well.

Grill, then put them in a pan and pour a little regular Coca Cola (warm)on them and let them sit in that for a few minutes.
Coke will tenderize them.

I’ve deep fried them after dusting with seasoning and seasoned flour. Great.

Grill them. Then put them in an aluminum pan with a mixture of beer and bbq sauce. Cover with foil for 2 hrs.
