Call your nearby meat market. Ask if you can get it by the pound because a whole pork liver is quite large.

May I ask what you are going to us it for? I just butchered a hog, and I was just going to us mine for crab bait. I would give it to you if I were not on the other side of the state.

It is a key ingredient in South Carolina BBQ “Hash”. It varies by region in SC, but the Midlands area makes the best.

Looks like mush, served over rice.
