Place opened up about a half block from Herbsaint this week on Girod.

Really recommend it. They did an excellent job with the space, very modern but still comfortable.

The wine list was pretty excellent in my opinion, and remained really approachable and affordable.

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Food, portions are small as it is meant to be paired with wine but was all excellent.

Definitely recommend this little spot to have a few glasses.

Thanks for the info. I suppose I will start going back to the office downtown and will need to check this place out.

Agree completely- I really like the space, indoor and outdoor, and the wines are super affordable which is great for trying new stuff. The food was awesome and portioned really well- I especially like the pickled stuff. I went on their 3rd night of business and expected kinks and normal new restaurant issues but everything was pretty solid.

You can have a really solid night just parking your car at Harrahs and hopping down Girod, which is great to see in that area 13 months into Covid bullshite. Meril, Herbsaint, Drip Affagato, Gianna, Pluck, Briquette, Willa Jean, Seaworthy, St James Cheese, Company Burger, etc. are all right there.
