mi casa (mexican... good happy hour)
Breck Brewery
Blue river bistro (good food and martini's)

Top of the world... if you want to splurge and dress up a little, however I know it was closed for a while for renovation. Great view overlooking the town and mountain. I got grilled elk medallions last time that were awesome.

My Casa is the shite! I would highly recommend it but get a reservation cause it can get packed. There's also a very good burrito place that I believe is called Cecilia's. It's right at the top of Main Street.

I lived there for 3 months two summers ago. I must say Mi Casa is great. My favorite bar was Jake's Dive Bar. Very fun spot and the owner is amazing. Breck Brewery's beer is alright at best, but the food isn't bad. They have an amazing vanilla beer and outmeal stout though. The local irish pub is also very fun and entertaining spot at night.

If you like good beer, the Breckenridge Brewery is definitely the place to go. The food isn't so great but their micro-brews are very good.

No. 9 roll, Spider roll, Rainbow roll, Spicy tuna, and a couple pieces of albacore and escolar.

It wasn't bad. Just wouldn't go back. The fish was cut too thin, and the sashimi seemed to be luke warm. I like my sushi cold. Kind of bothers me when it comes out room temp. Rolls were small. Service was really good though. Waitress from Virginia.

I just remembered the irish pub's name. Burke and Riley's. Any of yall go into that place. It's above Cecilia's on top of the little "shopping center". Best place to go for a good pint around the fire and meet some friends.

I'm glad people around here have a better memory than I do.

Cool relaxing place except the one person stahl starts forming a line later on in the night.

Well, it's day 3 in Breck and so far we have tried out Wasabi and Mi Casa, and Whale's Tale.

Wasabi was pretty decent but there was only one waitress working and once the restaurant filled up, she became overwhelmed. We ordered the summit roll and spicy tuna roll, as well as an appetizer called Wasabi shumai....or something like that. It was all good. Someone at the table ordered miso soup and it was kinda weird because it had broccoli in it. The spider roll was good too. They only serve beer, sake and wine there.

Mi Casa was a huge mexican restaurant and it was PACKED! I ordered the mango duck quesadilla and it was good, but spicier than I would have wanted it to be. When we got there, they told us it would be an hour or more wait. So the guys walked down the street to a store and us girls waited on the table. Well, 30 minutes later, we are notified our table is ready. But they wouldn't seat us until all 8 people were there. Well, after waiting two minutes for the guys to come back, they still would not seat us and we almost lost our table. We did reason with them that had they not told us the wait for the table was going to be longer than an hour, we wouldn't have let people go off walking around. And also, giving people two minutes before giving away their table was also unreasonable. Anyways, the margarita's were good, and if you order guacamole, they will make it at your table.

Whale's Tale, was pretty good. I had a a wasabi tuna steak sandwich. Very good and it came with Pasta salad, that was pretty good too. One other person at the table had the grilled trout and it was a good choice...not overly salty or anything. Whale's tale was a good cheap light lunch choice.

Today, we are going to eat somewhere around peak 9.....more updates later
