Yeah, if it was only a pic of the house I may have laughed because it looks smaller from the front.. but 4600+ sq ft is a lot.
I toured some of the homes in that new development during Parade of Homes and they have some awesomely weird ones. Retractable living walls that open to waterfall courtyards and stuff. You wouldn't think it from the outside.
This house isn't that new development though. Pretty sure Preservation Way is the existing neighborhood, Preserve at Harveston. That's not where the restaurant are being put, albeit right next door.

Garlic knots with the whipped feta (maybe goat cheese?) are a must. One of the best apps in New Orleans. I like the classic pepperoni to be honest. People also love the clam. Also, ask for the trio of dipping sauces for the crust. Have not been to either the midcity or the Lakeview one.
