sushi restaurant.
Out of Tsunami, Ichiban, and Koto.
Aspects to consider: food quality, price, classy atmosphere.
Its for a date and I cant decide, and of course I trust TD to help!

Megumi on the north shore blows everything else away. It is amazing what they do and there is a half price coupon on groupon.com today.

For some reason, choosing between those options reminded me of this.

Agree with tsunami for a date. Many of my women friends aren't big in to sashimi and enjoying fresh cuts of fish. Tsunami has a good date atmosphere even if the sushi isn't top notch it's still average.

My pick would be for Koto for overall but if you plan to bar hop after Tsunami would be your best bet. If you want dark and romantic with good martinis then Koto. It all depends on how you want to make the panties drop.

Ichiban for sure. I used to work at Koto and loved it. The past few years the quality has gone way down. Don't even think about going there now, but I haven't been to the new location.

agree, but the sushi is hit or miss. The mashed potatoes are the BOMB!

For reals? I've been there a million times, know the owner, and didn't even know they had mashed potatoes.

I don't go to Tsunami for the sushi... I go for the mashed potatoes!
