Grab some Mexican food from The Mission or Los Olivos in Scottsdale. Both are phenomenal and right near one another.

Was out there for Fiesta Bowl. Had lunch at Pizza Bianco and dinner at his bistro Tratto. Pizza was really good, but Tratto was amazing. One of those meals were everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
Dick’s Hideaway was also a nice find. “New Mexican” Good quality and service. Huge portions, would suggest sharing entree.
